The reason we can do this at AJ's Driving Academy is because we're so confident that you'll be pleased with your level of service, you won't want to ask for your money back! If you feel at anytime during the lesson that it wasn't worth paying for, we'll give you your money back, plain and simple. (Please see the terms and conditions at the foot of the page)

Test Pass Guarantee

We always aim to get you passing your test on the first attempt. In the unlikely event of 2 fails, we will pay for your tests until you pass with our test pass guarantee.

At AJ's Driving Academy, we recognise that your learning process is a personal and private one. We guarantee never to discuss your progress with anyone else, nor will we share your personal details with other companies for business purposes without your consent.

At AJ's Driving Academy, we realise how important your time is in the fast paced world we live in today. If we're going to be more than 5 minutes late without prior warning, you won't be charged for your lesson.

Road safety is of the upmost importance at AJ's Driving Academy and it starts with our training vehicles.Your safety is guaranteed with our fully insured dual controlled cars.

Terms and Conditions of the Money Back Guarantee

You must inform the driving instructor at the end of the lesson your reason for not paying. Once you have paid and left the car, retrospective complaints will not be accepted.
If you are block booking or paying for a course of lessons, your 'money back guarantee' is per hour. You only receive a refund for that hour, not a whole course.
We reserve the right to discontinue your lessons if we do not agree with the reasons for not paying and you will be informed to find a new instructor.
The Money Back Guarantee does not cover the Practical Test day as before your test we will not be teaching you any thing new, we will just be preparing you and calming you down for your test!
The Money Back Guarantee does not cover our assessment lessons as part of the lesson will be 'assessing' your needs so its possible that if you're of a very high standard, you may not learn much at the beginning of your assessment. The assessment is to allow us to asses your needs and tailor out tuition to you.
